Baseball Coaches & Instructors
New York Empire Baseball is looking to add to our highly regarded and nationally recognized coaching staff!
The role of Coach and Instructor begins with thoroughly learning our methods and models - as they may differ from what has been taught traditionally. From there, our Coaches and Instructors have the most important responsibilities in our Organization - to inform, instruct, inspire, prepare and motivate our young ballplayers on-the-field and in The Arena.
Like all of our team members, our Coaches and Instructors will share our extraordinary level of passion for what we do - providing young ballplayers with an incredible experience here. We seek to inspire each other and our players in every interaction, and in coaching and training our ballplayers, our Coaching and Instruction role is no exception.
Positive energy, intellectual curiosity, an open mind, and self-motivation are a must, as is the understanding that long-term success is built through hard work and a focus on learning great process.
Responsibilities of our Coaches and Instructors include the training, coaching and inspiring our players in every interaction on-and off-the-field, communicating with our players and families during and between seasons to continue to help in each player’s development, and helping to maintain our incredible indoor location, The Arena.
Compensation and Benefits at New York Empire Baseball are like no other in the youth sports industry. Compensation is commensurate with experience and expertise, and growth opportunities throughout the organization include Senior Management and Director level positions in our current location and in our upcoming projects and new locations! Our benefits include a Company retirement plan with matching contributions and Transit Benefits. Headquartered in our Company owned facility, The Arena, New York Empire Baseball coaching hours are not subject to weather, as we move indoors in the event of rain or field closures - so work is never cancelled! The Arena is our two floor, 5,000 square foot, realistic indoor training facility on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
