Jordan Baltimore

     Jordan Baltimore is the Founder and Director of Training Programs of New York Empire Baseball. 
     Born and raised in Brooklyn and Manhattan, Jordan attended Hunter College High School and New York University’s Stern School of Business before earning his MBA at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business at the age of 26.
     Jordan’s passion for and deep understanding of the game and his insatiable intellectual curiosity are at the heart of New York Empire Baseball’s instruction and teams.  His own hardwork, hustle and teamwork have driven New York Empire Baseball from 1 team to nearly 1000 players in new York City.
     A motivating, passionate and energetic coach, Jordan connects closely with players, instructing all ages in both the physical and mental/emotional aspects of the game.  His understanding of the physics and biomechanics of hitting, pitching and fielding and his ability to teach it are exceptional.
     Jordan’s expertise and style have become the subject of numerous articles and television and radio spots, most notably in the Wall Street Journal, and on NBC News and ESPN Radio.  His certification by the National Pitching Association, among other nationally recognized baseball programs is a testament to his dedication to the highest levels of baseball instruction.  He has become a highly sought after instructor by individuals and teams across the country, and is the Varsity Baseball Coach at his alma mater, Hunter College High School.

Chris Carrano 

Chris Carrano became a youth baseball coach after playing both College & Independent League baseball as a second baseman and outfielder.  Chris is now known as an Upper East Side Legend as the general manager of Maroni Hot Pots! Chris’ baseball knowledge, energy, passion and dedication to making an incredible experience for our kids and families are a perfect fit for New York Empire Baseball.

Tony Galvin

Tony Galvin was a Division I Pitcher at Marist College before launching an impressive career in Sports Management and Coaching.  Prior to joining New York Empire Baseball, Tony was on the board of Downtown Little League where he was also a Head Coach.  Tony’s passion for coaching is second to none. 

Tucker Piner

Tucker Piner grew up in North Carolina and played and coached competitive baseball throughout College before embarking on his career in finance at Bloomberg.  Tucker’s energy and approach have already made an impact with our players, and his knowledge and ability to teach children of every age is exceptional.
